These are great questions to ask the school! It's unlikely anyone here will be an expert in this program since most of us are focused on MBA stuff. In general though, these other types of Master's programs tend to be less competitive, so admissions requirements are often much "looser" than you'd face with a top bschool. That being said, it is Carnegie Mellon, and so probably the applicants will mostly have very good GMAT/GRE scores, because they attract a candidate pool that's really good in quant stuff.

On your undergrad, it doesn't say anywhere on the website that you need to have a bachelor's in computer science or engineering. We're guessing that your bachelor's degree will be totally appropriate, but again, this is a question you should probably direct to the Heinz admissions office.

This does look like a great program for someone who wants to combine tech and business, so it could be a perfect fit for you!

is there any other way i can find out the average gmat for them?

Not that we know of, unless you can find a directory or third-party ranking of these types of programs which might have it (we've never heard of one). But this is a fine question to ask the school directly so you shouldn't hesitate to do so!

Well, UT-Austin has an MBA with an Information Management specialization, but it's not exactly the same thing. UC-Berkeley also has a lot of resources around IT, both at the Haas bschool as well as in their School of Information. Stanford, MIT and Northwestern are all likely to have something similar too, given their respective strengths with their engineering schools. And you could try looking at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

It's likely you'll uncover a variety of such programs at many different schools; those are the first we thought of for you to investigate, but there are likely plenty more out there.
