The AWA section is one of the more mysterious parts of the GMAT for many students: do schools really care about my score? Do the schools I care about care about my score? Where exactly does the AWA score come from? How can I change it? How do you study to write an essay?

Here are some guides that take some of the mystery out of AWA and can help you decide how (and how much) to study for it.
