Is anyone else having problems logging into Master GMAT? I have attempted to login into Master GMAT first to experience the 7 day trial, but I don't get past the home page. When I attempt to look at the courses offered (and prices) I am directed back to the home page. Despite contacting the team, who attempt to step me through how to raise a technical problem, I cannot follow the instructions because I am not able to get beyond the home page. Are there any pearls of wisdom?

Hello,

I stumbled across your post and clicked on the linkified Master GMAT link in your post, filled out the sign up information, set the timer to 5 minutes and was able to get in. What browser are you using? Right now I'm using Google Chrome.

I just tried logging out and logging back in and it seems to work.
Try going to this page: https://mastergmat.com/login/ and logging in.
After logging in, I land on this page: https://app.mastergmat.com/plansession/. Maybe you can hit that URL and get to the login page.

If none of that works, as a last ditch effort, hit Ctrl-Shift-Delete at the same time on your browser and delete your cookies and cache. Close and restart your browser and try it again. It should work.

Hope this helps!

Hi @frustratedgmat,

We are doing everything possible to verify and ensure that there is no problem on our side. At this time (and at the time you have reported the problem), many other users are (and were) studying on the system without any problems, so the issue is probably a result of some conflict with your local browser settings.

In order to get you learning again as soon as possible check our knowledge base or contact our support team

@rishimaharj - we appreciate your help, your advise was spot on :)
