We have to see things clearly from the aspect of objective analysis by way of checking the below options.

OPTION A - INCORRECT, defines a mood of the writer specifically to get the aspect of the argument which would be discerning for everybody to understand. Also, the use of a singular item "is", does not conform with the "people" because it in the plural form.

In "OPTION B - CORRECT OPTION", we have a much more broader view of the writer from the angle of simplicity. The use of "as it" fits properly in statement. It is strong enough because "are" here modifies the "people" which is the subject and head word.

Here, OPTION C - INCORRECT, seems correct because it bears much semblance with that of option B but it's too straightforward with the use of an adverb "because" which would not allow for proper probing of the mind.

Here in "OPTION D - INCORRECT", it does not follow good grammar construction because there should not be any need for the connector "and" since the statement is straightforward and does not need breaking.

In OPTION E - INCORRECT, this is still a correct option but appears obsolete. In as much as language should appeal to all and sundry, it should also show signs of modernity irrespective.
