A) subject verb agreement correct. No grammatical error
B) use of ' that of' is wrong. Also use of 'and' before 'are' is incorrect
C) use of who is incorrect
D) use of 'that of' is incorrect
E) use of 'which' is wrong, subject verb agreement is incorrect

So A is correct
