the sample can be represented by:
product P but not q
product q but not p
product p and q
not p nor q
so we are asked to find not p nor q. in A we are given p but not q -->insuff, in B we are given product q (which includes q not p, and q AND p) --> insuff.
combined we have all sample so we can isolate for not p nor q so Suff
