Manhattan Tests

Hi Stacey,

I tried two Manhattan online tests till date...

I scored 520 i, Computer Non Adaptive test and 630 in Computer Adaptive test....

How should I analyse my scoring.....

Is there in diff in alogrithim between Comp. Non Adaptive and Comp. Adaptive...

Computer Adaptive just makes the questions harder if you get a question right, whereas the nonadaptive tests you on one level of difficulty (i think at least).

Nonetheless, I love the manhattan online exams. Very well written out and great explanations

The non-adaptive ones aren't good indicators of score because (as the name implies) they're just a set series of questions for everyone. We still have them in there just so people have more questions to practice, but the adaptive ones are the best ones to do, both for the experience and the score. I tell my students not even to take the non-adaptive ones as "tests" but just to use them for extra practice if they want more questions.
