I just finished the Basic part in my Manhattan - Sentence Correction Book, I just want to know if the advanced part is really good ? Is it essential ? How useful it is ?

Their books are good in general, necessary really depends on how you are performing on the exam. If you are not happy with your score, you should start to go through the section.
