by insipidkish » Mon Mar 08, 2010 2:52 am
Hey guys,
I have the 2007 MGMAT s.c book which references to O.G 11.
I've identified my weak areas as r.c and s.c, just started reading MGMAT s.c today and realised my blunder!
what should i do?
How do i go about studying this book?
any suggestions will do great.

I have just finished the SC section by preparing from the MGMAT SC 4th edition, so its still fresh in my mind and so I have 'dared' to give you my opinion.

You've purchased the 3rd edition of the MGMAT SC, but fret not!!
I read somewhere on this forum previously that if you enter the code of the book you've purchased on the MGMAT site,
there should be some place online where the differences between the 3rd and 4th edition are listed.

Pls try that out to see if it has a detailed guide of differences.

Since am just a novice as well, maybe the experts will reply to help you out.

Cheers,
pd

Not to worry .... its a good book any ways . Start studying I can tell you this because I have finished MGMAT 4th edition and it really helped me improve SC a lot .

So the best thing for you would be to get a second hand copy of OG 11 that you can get in any second hand book store . It will solve two purposes one you will use it with your MGMAT book , by the time you finish you will have more questions to practice. That is OG 11 and OG 12 and OG 12 has a lot of new questions where as OG 11 has almost all of the questions from OG10 which is regarded the toughest OG has published yet.

Hope this helps.
