If eight pounds of macadamia nuts, priced at $6.00 per pound, are combined with twelve pounds of brazil nuts, priced at $5.00 per pound, what is the per-pound price of the resulting mixture?
(A) $5.25
(B) $5.40
(C) $5.50
(D) $5.75
(E) $5.80

48+60/20 = 5.4 option B..!!!
