(-1)^Even = +1
(-1)^odd = -1

m = even, n = odd
i.e m+n or m-n = Odd
and m*n = Even

(-1)^{mn} (-1)^{m-n} {(-1)^{2m-1}(3 + 2) - (-1)^{2n}(3 - 2)} = (+1)*(-1)*{(-1)*5 - (+1)*1} = 6

=>

(-1)^mn (-1)^(m-n)(-1)^(2m-1)(3+2) -(-1)^2n(3-2)
= (-1)^(even·odd) (-1)^(even-odd) (-1)^(2·even-1)(5) - (-1)^(2·odd)(1)
= (-1)^even (-1)^odd (-1)^odd(5) - (-1)^even(1)
= 1·(-1)·(-1)·5 - 1·1
= 5 - 1
= 4.

Therefore, B is the correct answer.
