Anyways, IMO B!!

The author concludes that Supreme court wont be able to withheld individual human rights.It ignores the possibilty that possibilty that the persons who holds the Judicial power can "sometimes" go beyond the said explicit provisions and can grant Justice.

I could share more explanation if its correct! Plz share OA!
