Well it took me 2 tests to get a little comfortable with the MGMAT format(score, 670, 680)...after that range was 710 - 780 from CAT3-CAT6.
Understand the mistakes in each test before proceeding to the next.

Hey rangerguy2000, I think you are taking far too many tests in a short interval. My suggestion, take MGMAT tests only in the wk ends. Either 1 or 2 at the most in a week would suffice.
Most importantly, analyze error your tests thoroughly. I was also doing a whole lot of OG questions on SC and RC with a low accuracy (around 50%) without really spending enough time on analyzing my mistakes. I was having this mad rush of wanting to complete all the questions in the OG. I was going through the answer explanations, as if it was a ritual, with out really understanding those explanations. My suggestion is, do fewer set of questions, but analyze them thoroughly including the ones you have done correctly (especially for SC). Quality matters more than Quantity. No point in taking so many tests without analyzing your mistakes.

Well if you have scored 600 in MGMAT and 510 in GMAT Prep1, then time get dirty and go over the mistakes and improve your weaknesses...
Try avoiding the next test till you think that you have covered your major weaknesses...

I haven't practiced too much for the AWA's. Have just been concentrating on the V and Q. Just wrote them twice and that also half heartedly. I know i can write average essays, i mean, with all due respect to writers, poets, publicists, etc, if i could write essays i would not preparing for GMAT atleast. Hope i can write something in the real test.

mmm.can u give us a debrief. what happened? how did you feel during the test? I'm not talking about healthwise. I'm talking about how did you perceived your performance to be during the test?
that sounds uncharacteristic given your previous scores.
