I will go with Option B...

Seems to me like the only choice that states that the plan will not work successfully as it increases the cost to Manufacturers in addition to the electric car's costs....

a---- car must be used for extended/short trips so Wrong
b---consider
c-- battery is nothig nto do with plan
d-- same reaosn as above
e-- family vehucle?? how abt other vehicles??
