Dear Elultimodelafila,

It is good you are starting to think about your candidacy and how to present yourself so far in advance. In addition to good test scores on the GMAT and TOEFL, you will want a successful track record in your career showing progression of responsibility and a contribution to the bank. It is not so much where you work or your title(s) that matters; it is what you do in your tenure that counts. Be sure to present your accomplishments and contributions, demonstrating your skills and leadership, in your essays and resume. I would also suggest getting involved in the community on a regular basis in a leadership role. These provide great stories for your essays and it is good to see leadership outside of the professional work environment, especially in candidates with less than 4 years of work experience.

Best of luck,
Lisa
