Sure buddy.

root of (X^2 - 6X +9) = (x-3)^2
now every expression under the root is positive.
So root of (x-3)^2 = x-3 (have to take positive)

now add x-3 + root of (2-x) + x-3

give you the answer 2x-6+ root of(2-x)
