Recommendations from family members are generally not a good idea as the admissions committee will not consider them. You need to get professional references from non-family members. If you are related to all of your former supervisors, then you need to ask a vendor, client, or co-worker who can speak to your skills in a professional environment. You will also want to explain in your application why you do not have a recommendation from a former supervisor.

Dear Engin:

You must find at least one, if not two, recommenders from your professional experience. There must be a co-worker, client, vendor, etc. you could ask. To clarify, you can ask people in your current family-owned company as long as they are not related to you.
