i wont say study 10 hours a day.
instead study smart. 8)

while Keeping track of your progress make sure that you also checking where you are weak at.
say in speed and time problems for example.

i observed Eric's Flashcards are effect even when you have just five days left... take a print out of it. If you havent yet... It has ready made formulas for success 8)
learn them, know them.
Read GMAT war stories. (fortunately this forum has plenty) https://www.beatthegmat.com/viewforum.php?f=15

check mukul's blog too. https://outbeat-the-gmat.blocked/

stay focused and take a rest for last few days.

and that's is exactly what I am doing. I have spent this whole afternoon analizing the answers I failed, and it is sad but Most of them, especially in the math section were stupid mistakes!!! :x
So, I am happy, somehow that I can understand why I did not answer it correctkly.

It is true about studing smart, I have read enough at this point so now it is time to start analyzing. Stacy is also right, it is like a pianist who keeps playing but playing badly, why? is he/she going to be reayd before the recital?

Thanks!! Tomorrow more :)

Good Morning!
Another day less to G-Day. Today I will do a Manhattan test. I love the explanations and also the feedback tells you the level of difficulty of each question. I did some of the SC in teh practice section and I have to admid they are difficult :(
Then I checked the level of difficulty and no wonder, all the questions were level 600-700, so I guess I fell better...

Nextwekend will try Princeton...

Test date 13 March..Target to cross 620...

Greatman
I like Manhattan tests as I said before. For some reason I find I have more time to finish teh questions. Maybe is psychological but I am always running in the quantitative section with OG...who knows...maybe I stressed out too much with OG because I know it is the "real thing". I will tell you what I got todaw in another Manahttan test. :)

Ok Greatman I did another Manhattan test and scored 660 :D I am very happy since this is so far, my highest score. As I mentioned before, I felt very confident timewise, this, I beliebe, makes a HUGE difference.

Yesterday I took a OG one and I only scored 510 :( , so I don't know what to think. I believe the verbal part is very similar on both methods, however, the quantitative part is more difficult on the OG. Or maybe I am better at taking tests in the afternoon. Yesterday I wanted to emulate the conditions of the real exam. Since my test is going to be next Saturday (17th) at 9 am I took it at the same time. Today I took the Manhattan test at 3 pm, so maybe I am more alert in the afternoon. Too bad since I had no choice in choosing the time of my test. I am a firmly believer on the biorhythms and also the part that diet, plays, etc. That's why one of my firts questions to this forum was about what kind of energy bars to eat, see this link in the wiki resources
https://www.beatthegmat.com/viewtopic.php?t=944

Anyhow, I still think Manhattan is better than PR, and Kaplan is good but mroe difficult than OG. I will keep you posted :)

Yes, the GMAT prep, I call it "OG test" (Official Guide Test), I will use GMAT prep "nomenclature" in the future to avoid confusion ;)

welcome to the Forums Zaffar :)

You have ample amount of time. prepare wisely. To start off with here are some links you might find useful
Beat the GMAT Blog : https://beatthegmat.blocked/
Beat the GMAT wiki : https://www.beatthegmat.com/wiki/

The thread is for Jan Feb March test taker doesnt mean that other folks are not allowed to participate here.
you ask any query here. or read the entire thread...
I think just by reading through the forums and the links i mentioned your half of the queries will be solved.... its already there...
still don t hesitate to ask anything.

Welcome aboard.
I am great fan of Pakistani pop singers btw ;)

I saw the huge discrepancy in your GMAT prep score and Manhattan score,
Which is strange.
so i thought you might have messed up with early questions in GMAT prep yesterday... :?
