Hello,

Can you please tell me how to solve this:

For right triangle JKL, side KL has a length of 60 meters. If JK > JL, which of the following could represent the lengths of sides JK and JL? Make one selection in each column.

Hi Sri,

When a GMAT question is built around a right triangle, it's usually one of the special right triangles. With a side length of 60, I don't know if KL is the hypotenuse of the right triangle or not. 60 IS a multiple of 5 though....

In a 3/4/5 right triangle, if the "5 side" = 60, then the two other sides would be....

36 and 48, which both appear in the options.
