Hi Ankitaverma,
Given : 3x = 4y = 7z
To find the least value of X+Y+Z ?
X= 7*4 =28
Y= 3*7 =21
Z= 3*4 =12
X+Y+Z =61

Answer is D

3x = 4y = 7z

for above equation to be true, we must multiple the corresponding variable with LCM of other terms

So, (4*7) + (3*7) + (3*4) = 28 + 21 + 12 ==> 61
