When a school says Interview Notification Sent on April 10 ; should I expect an email or a letter from the school?

It depends on the school, but most schools use an electronic means of communicating. It could be an email sent or it could mean that your application status has been updated in the school's online application system. If you do not receive an email or see a change in your status online by April 11, then you should probably contact the school to make sure your application has been received and is complete.
