Imo b, but not sure,

Using poe,
E. Laura not home had all comforts of life,
D. Unnessary use of passive . Dont know whether use of there is correct or not, but for sure not required.
A . That should be after stated.
C. In her home seems to be modifying life, not laura. Whereas in b it is modifying laura.
