A over B bcoz
Based on is correct idiom

C, D, E are out bcoz such as is used for giving examples ..............and galapagos tortoise is used as an ex of reptiles....

can u provide OA pls???

also, can we take into account parallelism as another error i.e based on "the growth rates" + "the excavations" . Since "the" is missing before excavations, can we also use this as an eliminiator?
