E because the agent performing the action specified in the beginning adverbial modifier "By adjusting prog. schedules..." has to be there.

E..... becuase the only option that places the modifying noun right after the modifying phrase.

yep, you have posted so many CRs without the OA and i kept waiting and waiting for the answers hopelessly...you always forget the to post the OA for the CR/ ST you posted...sometimes you post the same CR for several times.
i concluded that you didnt keep track on the CRs you posted...

i really appreciate for what you are doing : posting the CR/ ST however.....
anyways, the forum have been closing the forum search for more couple of days thus i dont remmeber which CRs you posted but forget to post the OA...

anyways, thank you because you remember my complaints about posting the OA... its nice of you.
