Identify the best explanation for the paradox below:

A government issues a travel warning suggesting that travelers avoid visiting a foreign country for their own safety because the country is on the verge of a military coup. The day after the warning, sales of airline tickets to the foreign country increase by four hundred percent.

A
Many tourists are concerned for their safety while traveling.
B
Many journalists and media companies felt compelled to install a bureau in the country during the coup.
C
The military of the country has a general policy to avoid harming foreign tourists.
D
The military coup would cause a wave of refugees wanting to fly out of the country.
E
Ticket sales to the foreign country were relatively weak before the travel warning.

IMO B

Confused between B and D . the foreign country is on the verge of Military Coup, so refugees fly out of the foreign country. But the premise says "sales of airline tickets to the foreign country increase", so it has to be other way round. Hence picked B

D is a perfect fit -- sales increase 400%; a coup mostly warrants becoming refugees (just the press and media might not do it...moreover the sales of outbound tickets are measured not inbound!).

imo D

IMO B.

Initially i was confused between B and D, But, question is about ticket sales of airline tickets to foreign country. Only in case B we can see ppl are flying to country, in case of D refugees are flying out of country.

OA ..?
