Business consulting firms' successes are usually attributable to their ability to explain technological changes that businesses find confusing. Therefore, when most businesses want to create internet marketing, they will hire consulting firms.

Which of the following statements, if true, would most weaken this argument?

A
Internet marketing is not a particular specialty of most business consulting firms.
B
The rate at which businesses hire consulting firms has decreased in recent years.
C
Internet marketing is a technology that most businesses do not find confusing.
D
Business consulting firms are not as accustomed to explaining internet marketing as they are are to explaining other technologies.
E
Internet marketing is a type of technology that changes very quickly.

I am not a big fan of this CR...

Evidence stated to support its conclusion is not that "relevant".

Let me give a try:

Conclusion : Bussiness wil hire Consulting firms

Evidence: CF promote themselves by explaining technological changes which the bussiness find confusing.

Hidden assumption : Bussiness will entertain CF only when they fing the technology confusing

To weaken the argument, my prephrased answer was " What if the technology is itself not that confusing??"

C does this job rite away!

Wats the OA??

I was between C and D.

I ruled out D because D says that consulting firms are not accustomed with internet marketing. So what, if they are not familiar then they have to be. This is shell game option. Is it business's decision when to hire consulting firms and when not to hire. By introducing option D we are giving option to consulting firms when to get hired and when not to. This does not make any sense.

Therefore, C is correct here.
