Hi there,

Thanks for posting. Generally you are part of a common applicant profile-- Indian applicants with IT/engineering backgrounds. It can be difficult to stand out from this crowd, and that will be your biggest challenge.

It's a given that you'll be good at the technical and analytical side of things, but you'll want to emphasize what you bring to the table beyond that. Perhaps by emphasizing the small business it sounds like you own? Intrigued by the way you describe that. And the NGO experience, toastmasters, times you demonstrated leadership, teamwork, people management skills, communication skills, etc.

The schools you listed are likely within reach, not easy but possible for you if you put together an outstanding application. Remember to really flush out your goals, short and long term post-MBA, and why you want the MBA and why that school is ideal for you.

Good luck on the application process!
