Dear er2007,
I think you have a competitive profile for Kellogg. However, there are no guarantees and I never recommend only applying to one school. As such, I think you should apply to a few other schools, including 1-2 safety options. At the level of competition for admission that Kellogg (and other top 15 programs) has, the essays and interview are critical to the ultimate decision.
