A - EACH and ARE do not go together; drop
B - TUDOR OPERAS do not go together with EACH of.. - it should have been OPERA only; drop

D - based on modifies EACH ONE - here ONE comes for AB/MS/RD. This means Based on modifies AB/MS/RD -no problem from that perspective; but what does THE PLOTS refers to? THE PLOTS refer to EACH ONE A TUDOR OPERA...PLURAL/SINGULAR MISMATCH; two verbs are not properly connected (IS, BUT...HAVE..). There is no object for the first clause

E - based n correctly modifies EACH OF OPERAS; THE PLOTS....OPERAS (NO MISMATCH); two verbs are not properly connected (IS, BUT...HAVE..). There is no object for the first clause
