Several students have asked whether the 60-Day Study Guide is compatible with the 2012 edition of Kaplan's GMAT Premier (https://www.amazon.com/Kaplan-GMAT-2012- ... 609780914/), so I thought I'd create a sticky to address this question.

Although the 60-Day Study Guide currently references Kaplan's GMAT Premier 2011, you'll find that the 2012 edition is virtually identical to the 2011 edition. On some occasions, there may be a 1- or 2-page difference, but it will be obvious which pages you need to review. For example, on Day 41 of the Study Guide, you are directed to read Chapter 12 (Analytical Writing Assessment Strategies and Practice) on pages 533 to 552 of the 2011 edition. If you have the 2012 edition, you'll find the exact same content on pages 531 to 550.

As you work through the Study Guide, you will use two excel spreadsheets (created by BTG) to track your progress. They are "The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 12th Edition - Error Tracking Tool" and the "GMAT Progress Chart." These two spreadsheets will work with either the 2011 Kaplan book or the 2012 Kaplan book.

So, in short, the Study Guide is compatible with the 2011 and 2012 (and even the 2010) editions of Kaplan's GMAT Premier.
