I attended the Kaplan paper test in the London office. Be aware that they use this score as your BASE score should you decide to study with Kaplan. If your real GMAT is below your BASE score, you can get your money back.

I have heard that this paper test underestimates your score so that Kaplan doesn't have to pay out its higher score guarantee. Therefore, your overall result may be lower than you expect.

Actually, in addition, I keep hearing that Kaplan CATs are harder than the real thing. Is this true? If so, I'm encouraged to believe my actual score will be higher than what I am getting now!
