Kaplan diagnostics more difficult?

Expert replies
by fltingley » Fri Apr 03, 2009 9:42 am
Hey, all! I've been hearing a lot "around town" about how Kaplan's diagnostic materials, practice tests, online CATs, etc are generally more difficult than the actual GMAT.

Any one have any experience, knowledge, or even opinions on this?

And just for the record: I am not going to rest on my laurels if I do hear a resounding "Yes, Kaplan is harder" by assuming my real GMAT score will be X amount higher than my Kaplan scores.

Thanks!

I am afraid I can't give you any ~100% certain~ information, but I did hear that Kaplan is harder than the real thing. I have taken 2 Kaplan tests so far. Sometimes I read a question and go: what the heck do they want from me? It has never happened with gmatprep tests. but that's just my opinion :)
