CR and RC questions are built around standard logic and patterns (just like everything else on the GMAT), so if you're not great in those 2 areas just yet, it just means that you've got some work to do. To that end, you'll need to be taking lots of notes, understand the various question types that can occur (and how to approach each) and the common types of wrong answers.

Predicting the correct answer, before you actually look at the 5 choices, is also rather important. How often are you "narrowing it down to 2 choices and then guessing?"

I don't think that you need me to point out that you're not yet at the level to score 700+, so asking when to schedule your GMAT is completely open to interpretation. Maybe you can be ready in a few weeks, maybe it will take longer. I asked about how often you "narrow it down to 2 choices and then guess" on Verbal questions because I think that THAT is your primary problem. Until you define it, then learn to fix it, you'll likely continue to score in the mid 600s.
