I'm assuming you would pursue an MBA part time. The only thing you can really do is begin studying for the exam. All of the content is high school level content, so you will be able to learn most of the material. It will really just come down to whether you have the time to study for it properly.

Yes, Oklahoma State has a 'Professional MBA' program that is for working professionals that already have management experience. It's 36 credit hours. My grades as an undergrad back in the 80's were not stellar, so I'd like to get a good score on the test. I'm just concerned about what I'm getting into and I need to know before I start this whole process if I even have a chance. I suppose starting the GMAT study and taking the test is the first step in determining if I even have a chance.
