Just wanted to share the great news - managed to get a 740 on the GMAT! There is no doubt in my mind that I would not have been able to do so in such a short amount of time without beat the gmat's help!

As for advice, I think consistent studying is really important. Above all, the GMAT seems to be a test of endurance. Doing simulated exams under actual GMAT conditions can be quite painful (especially if its your 6th time), but its well worth the effort!

The most painful thing I learnt was that you must always always *always* time yourself when doing OG questions. Keep getting a feel for how long you should take per question (Generally, I used 2 mins per Math, 1.5 mins per RC/CR, 1 per SC). I neglected timing and in the end, I had to redo all the OG questions to get a handle on it.

I highly recommend Manhattan GMAT's materials. I did the 9-session course and thought the instructors + materials were amazing.

I hope this post has been helpful. Good luck all! :D
