Hello, Is there a "good" way of writing a job description for an MBA Application.

My chances of getting into a top 5 school are low, but I do want to send in a strong application.

I believe that an admission essay should convey my strengths and weaknesses very accurately to the reader - is that correct?

Thank you very much,
Rakesh.

There are "right" ways to describe your work experience. Depending on what you do, you do not want to focus on the specific tactics of your role, but more on demonstrating leadership, creativity, initiative, ethics and teamwork. These are qualities that are important to business school and translate to any role. I am going to write about this (probably tomorrow) in my blog, so subscribe to it and stay tuned!
