Option A - INCORRECT.
Aside Option A been a repetition of the question, it is also a wrong sentence formation. Finding the meaning of the word ''deft'' which is synonym to one been skillful and knowledgeable then you will agree with me that it is not meant to be an option to be compared with the other professional skills outlined here.

Option B - INCORRECT
As its been noted in the option A ''between'' is not the right word to use because, ''deft balancing'' is not an ''Art'' but, rather it is an ''Individual Act'' compared to the other professional acquired skills been given as an option to choose.

Option C - INCORRECT.
Using the word ''balanced'' is placing the sentence in the past, and looking at the sentence continuation it is an immediate and urgent option needed to be answered to by the writer/speaker so as to achieve the aim of picking one of the options been talked about.

Option D - INCORRECT.
However, this option would have been correct if ''of'' was not included. ''deft balancing'' as we know is an intellectual backup skills needed to act on other professional skills been lined up as an option.

Option E - CORRECT.
Accurately option E has turn out to have the right sentence formation to be used. The use of ''needs'' that act as a adjective in the sentence and ''among'' serving as a note to the subject matter that only one option is needed to acquire the set out goal of the speaker.

The sentence includes a list of things that must be balanced in order to raise a million dollars through investments.
Ordinarily, a sentence that includes a list should be checked for parallel construction errors. Here, there are no parallel construction errors.

However, the original sentence includes an idiom error.
The word "between" indicates a position in the middle of two things (two points in space, two points in time, two marks on a test, etc.)
The list includes more than two items, so "between" is used incorrectly.
Eliminate choice A and look for obvious repeaters.
Choice B also uses "between", so eliminate choice B.

Now, check the remaining answers for new errors.
Choice C uses a comma to separate the phrase "deftly balanced" from the rest of the sentence. It's no longer clear that raising a million dollars requires a balance of the listed items.
Eliminate choice C.

Choice E introduces an idiom error. It's fine to refer to a number of things as balanced, but not "balanced among".
Rather than seeking to properly balance the listed items, choice E suggests that one must balance oneself when among the listed items.

The correct answer is choice D.
