Mention what innovation means to you. Accordingly, you may agree or disagree with the topic. Convincingly reason out your stand.

As required in the essay, do include your experiences. Substantiate your write-up with the following:

"¢ Exemplify your points, preferably from your professional sphere. If needed, you can resort to ex-work related instances too. Talk about the difficulties encountered and how innovation altered the picture. Do discuss your role in the process.
"¢ You can detail on why the innovation was important and the impact it had on the organization's near term and long term objectives.
"¢ State the challenges (people and process) you had to overcome.
"¢ Talk about your learning from the experience(s). Make sure it reinforces your views.
