Yep, technically true! Multiples are the result of multiplying a given number by any integer, and zero is an integer (and negative integers work too!).

But the GMAT generally only tests us on positive multiples (that is multiplying the given number by positive integers). You'll see that the question will specify, for example, that the multiples are positive or something like that.
