If I am not missing something

1) (n^3)(1-(x^2)) < 0
if n>0
(1-(x^2)) < 0
x^2>1
x can be positive or negative

or
n<0
(1-(x^2))>0
x^2<1
-1<x<1
x can be positive or negative
INSUFF

2) (x^2)-1 < 0
x^2<1
-1<x<1
x can be positive or negative
INSUFF

(1) and (2)
x^2<1
-1<x<1
x can be positive or negative
INSUFF

Is x negative?

1) (n^3)(1-(x^2)) < 0
2) (x^2)-1 < 0
Are you sure statement 1 is typed out correctly? Should it not be x^3 instead of n^3?

I remember seeing this problem somewhere...OG11 perhaps?
