Well I'm new to BTG and I will be taking the test by March of 2013 and so far I have these books:

1. All 8 of the Manhattan Strategy Guides
2. OG 12th and the previous 10th Ed.
3. Kaplan 800
4. Aristotle RC and SC Grail
5. CR Bible by Powerscore

I finished 3 of the Manhattan Books in Quants and also solved some of OG 12th and I find them very easy to understand and follow. I'm just wondering really if I have enough resources or should I consider other books to study as well?

Those resources should be sufficient (overkill perhaps).
I suggest that you let your practice tests dictate whether you need additional resources. If, after a few weeks (or months) of study, you find that you need additional instruction (or practice questions) THEN you can purchase more.

Also, since you already have the MGMAT books, you might want to follow BTG's 60-Day Study Guide (https://www.beatthegmat.com/mba/gmat-guide). It will help keep your studies on track and ensure that you've covered everything that the GMAT tests.
