I have been sending some Private messages over the past week and I have realized now that they do not appear in my Sent folder. But they appear in the Outbox folder?

Are my messages going through? Anyone else facing this problem?

Hi Jim,

I sent you a PM.

Nothing in my sent folder. Again, it appears in my outbox.

Is there a moderator or a community manager that can help me?

I believe that the message stays in your Outbox folder until the recipient reads it. At that point, you'll see your sent message in the Sent folder.

Cheers,
Brent
