C: Q=-1, and P^Q=1 => P=1 so PQ=-1, answering in neg whether PQ>1.

1)P^Q=1
If p = any number, q =0 then pq =0.
but if p = 1, q = 3
pq > 1.

NS

2) Q=-1
No info about P.

NS

1 and 2:

P ^ -1 = 1
P=1
PQ = -1.

Sufficient.
