is my logic correct for this problem?

Bob and Wendy planned to walk from their home to a restaurant for dinner together. However, Bob was delayed at work, and Wendy left for the restaurant before Bob did. If the restaurant is 3 miles from their home and Bob left for the restaurant a half-hour after Wendy did, how long did Wendy have to wait for Bob at the restaurant?

(1) Wendy walked at a constant pace of 4 miles per hour

(2) Bob walked at a constant pace of 1 mile per hour faster than Wendy.

The OA is [spoiler] C . It would take both conditions. The first condition doesnt give us anything about Bob, so it's insufficient. At first I thought the second condition would be sufficient as well but then I thought about it, what if Wendy walked at the speed of light? Both she and Bob would get there in 1 nano second. Wendy could also walk at the speed of the the earth's rotation around the sun and get there much later... So we don't know the difference. [/spoiler].

We don´t even need to write anything as statement 1) lacks the speed of Bob so no matter at what time does Wendy arrive we don´t know how much time would take Bob to arrive to the Rest. Statement 2) Gives a relation between Wendy's and Bob's speed but one thing is to say one mile more than 3 miles per hour=4 and the other is one mile more than 20 miles per hour=21, this implies different times so insufficient...
Answ is C) as if we know Wendy´s speed, we know that Bob´s speed will be 5 miles per hour.
Your logic is perfect.

Both statements , give the information about only one of them.. hence they are insufficient. Both together tell us what we need.
