Is it worth following 60-days study guide from beatthegmat?

Hi,
I only need to ensure 450 in my GMAT! I have my test date scheduled for July 14th. I am trying to follow 60days study guide from beatthegmat(not completely because I am taking care of my 6month old..really hard to manage time). Is it worth doing?

Also, if I don't attempt essay and IR is it going to have any effect on my Q and V exam score? I understand the point that it is always good idea to attempt the entire exam but I am afraid of scoring really low and look bad on the score card. Please suggest!
