Is it possible to get repeated questions on the actual GMAT?

I was taking GMATPrep... I got a verbal question, #32. Got the question wrong. Got #33 right. Then I got the same question on #34 as #32. I took the same GMATPrep at least 10 times, and this is the first time I've experienced this. Does this happen on the actual GMAT?

You won't see questions repeating on the actual GMAT. You've experienced this in GMATPrep because the software has only a limited set of questions in its bank, and you've probably cycled through them all.
