Hello,

My personality type is that of an Introvert and recently I took a career test at www.careerleader.com and the result of the test showed that my top career match is Human Resources Management. This match come from my interest in counseling people with different kinds of problems. I was surprised to discover that I am a good match for a career in HR Management even though I do not feel very comfortable talking to people often. What are the best HR Management careers for Introverts?

Thank You.

I think introversion is an asset these days, not a liability. The world needs people that know how to listen, especially in the area of Human Resources.
