Is 6 a Factor of n+3?

(1) n is even and divisible by 3.
(2) n is divisible by 6.

Also Please tell me if "0" is an even number!!!

Is n +3 = 0 (mod 6) or n = 3 (mod 6)

1. n = 0 (mod 6) Sufficient
2. n = 0 (mod 6) Sufficient.



0 = 0 (mod 2), hence 0 is even
