Hi Ishaan44,

Since you're just starting out, I'm hoping that you can answer a few questions about your overall plans:

1) When do you plan on applying to Business School?
2) Where are you planning to apply?
3) How much time can you set aside for studying?
4) What is your score goal?

If you haven't done so yet, you should plan on taking a full-length practice GMAT CAT. This will establish your "baseline" score and give you a sense of your initial strengths and weaknesses. Most people don't do well on their first practice CATs, so don't worry about that. The experience is a learning opportunity and an essential one (as part of the bigger process). You can download 2 CATs for free from www.mba.com. Plan on taking one (it'll take about 4 hours) and then report back with your scores.
