expl: the largest sum x can take is 15 numbers of 9. as 999999999999999 = 135. but as per statement 1 sum of digits of x =130, hence we can have different values of x that will satisfy x=130. and so different values of y. hence st1 not sufficient.
st2: y can take any value between 50 - 100. hence no unique value and hence insuff.
both st1 &st2 :
Digits of X =130 : and y bet 50 -100
so x can only be 999999999999949 and y =61
